Hand wrapping Video! A Must for Muay Thai or Boxing class.
This is an excellent fundamental handwrap originally instructed
by Professor Leonard Trigg in Portland Oregon. Here in Tigard,
Khun Kru (coach) Audrey is doing a great reproduction. One thing
I like about this hand wrap method is that it's consistent every
time. No guesswork on how many "X" patterns to make, like how so
many low quality places just sort of throw it together. If you
need help beyond the video, come to class early and you'll find
several students wrapping up willing to help.
